Does Shirtmeister use a secure payment environment?
Yes; all our payments go through the secure payment environment of Mollie Payments. This means we comply with all guidelines for internet payment security set by the European Banking Authority. In addition, Mollie allows you to pay quickly and with various payment methods. You can read more about this in the answers to the following questions.
Payment options
Can I pay for my product(s) afterwards?
Yes; the Klarna payment method gives you the option to pay for your order afterwards. How does it work? Select ‘pay later with Klarna’ during the ordering process. Once you have received the product(s) and are satisfied, you pay the invoice you receive from Klarna.
Note: You do need a verified Klarna account to do this!
What other ways can I pay?
Besides iDEAL and Klarna (post-payment), you can also pay by Credit Card (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Visa) and Bancontact. Of course, we also accept manual bank transfer or payment via Sofort banking.
Invoices
Can I get a tax invoice for my records?
Yes; after we send the shipment, you will automatically receive an invoice from us.
I haven’t received my invoice or the invoice is incorrect. What should I do?
Haven’t you received an invoice or is the information incorrect? If so, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. Of course, we will rectify any errors as soon as possible.
Refunds
How long does it take to be refunded after returning a product?
If you withdraw your order and return the product, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. How quickly the money arrives in your account depends on how you paid.
