First of all, we’re very sorry to hear that you would like to return your order. But don’t worry, at Shirtmeister®️ we’ll make it as easy as possible for you!

Returns can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, but not with us. You can return your item(s) free of charge within 30 days after receipt. Just send us an e-mail with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest. Our customer service team will then send a return label to you. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could tell us your reason for return. This isn’t mandatory, but it would help us immensely to improve our product. Of course you can also return the products without the return label, but this does mean you pay for the shipping costs

When can I expect my refund?

Our goal is to make the refund process go as smoothly as your order! If you decide to return your order, all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs, will be refunded to you within 14 days. You don’t have to worry about extra costs because we’ll take care of everything. We will refund you by means of the same payment method you used to make the original purchase, unless you expressly agreed to a different means of payment. Of course we hope you’re happy with your purchase, but we are ready to help you in case you aren’t completely satisfied.

What are the exceptions when returning a product?

We want to do everything we can to ensure a smooth return process. So please make sure you return the goods to us within 30 days of notifying us of your withdrawal decision. And don’t worry if you return the goods earlier, because that’s even better! Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if you have used them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and operation. We’re sure there won’t be any exceptions and the return process will go smoothly, but if you do have any questions, we’re here to help!

Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to revoke the
agreement within a period of 30 days without any justification. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or
a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physical receives the product(s). To exercise your
right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g.
in writing, by post, or by e-mail) to inform us of your decision to withdraw. You can
use the model withdrawal form, but are
not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to inform us in writing
of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase agreement, you will receive all payments made by you up to that point,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your decision
to opt for a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us)
without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of
your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your
order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you
with the same means of payment you used to make the original purchase, unless you
have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged
fees for such refunds. We have the right to wait with the refund payment
until we have received the product(s) back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first
. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30
days after the date on which you communicated the decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement
. You are on time if you return the goods before
the 30-day period has expired. If the 30-day period has expired, the direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please
contact us by filling in the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint
. What happens if you don’t agree with the solution or we cannot
come to an agreement together? If so, you have the right to take your complaint to the Dispute Resolution Board via the European ODR Platform
