Which shipping company will deliver my package?

Depending on the country and the size of your package, we will ship your parcel with PostNL, Bpost & DHL.

How long will it take for my ordered product to be delivered?

If you order before 22:00, your product will be delivered the following day! (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

Can I track my order?

As soon as PostNL, Bpost or DHL has registered your product for delivery, you will receive a track-and-trace code to track your parcel.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free for all orders over €50. For anything under €50, we charge €4.95 for delivery to your door.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately no; as soon as you have ordered a product, delivery starts. When the product arrives at the shipping company, you will receive a track & trace code along with all further information about the delivery time.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

After we have shipped your package, we’ll send you an e-mail with a track & trace code. The link in the e-mail takes you to the parcel service’s website. Here you can check the exact status of your shipment. 

What happens if I’m not home when my ordered product arrives?

Depending on the shipping company, the parcel will be delivered to neighbours or left at a collection point. In the latter case, check your track and trace code for the collection point location.
