What are the warranty conditions?

All products you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty conditions. Legal warranty is understood to mean that a product operates at the level that the consumer can reasonably expect from it. In addition to the legal warranty, we offer an additional warranty period of 12 months as standard on all products you purchase in our online shop. For certain products, this additional warranty period is extended even further. In such cases, it is mentioned on the product page. Don’t you see any special mention about a warranty period? Then you can assume that the additional 12-month warranty applies. This extra warranty we offer does not detract from the legal warranty.

The mandatory statutory warranty period in Belgium is 2 years. Legal warranty is understood to mean that a product operates at the level that the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

What is covered by the cooling-off period?

Whenever you buy a product from us, you have 30 days to reconsider your purchase. This means you can return the product within this 30-day period. We will refund the full amount to your account or send you a replacement product. Please note that it is important that you return the product in its original condition. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If my product breaks down inside the warranty period, what can I do?

First of all, we’re very sorry to hear that your product isn’t working as it should. That’s why we’ll do our best to help you quickly. The first step is to contact our customer service team. They will ask you for your order number and purchase date, so it’s handy to have this information handy.

What do you do with complaints after the warranty period has expired?

Has your product broken down outside the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect or poor quality? If so, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team. They are always willing to do what they can to assist you, even outside the warranty period.
